Returns and refunds

Contact us before returning an item. Consumer return rights and faulty-item remedies apply where required by law.

Returned items should be securely packaged. EU trade returns caused by invalid import status may have outward and return shipping deducted.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
